What an unexpected delight! The staff was incredibly friendly, and check-in was a breeze. I stayed in a non-smoking room that was quiet and clean, making for a rejuvenating night. The location was also convenient for my plans, and I appreciated the late checkout. A perfect choice for budget-conscious travelers!

We had a fun family outing at Splashtown San Antonio water park, which was only a short drive away. The kids loved the exciting slides and wave pools, perfect for their energy levels. The pool at the hotel was also a great way to unwind after our adventures.

My kids wished the hotel had a better breakfast option. The continental breakfast was lacking and not enough to energize us for the day ahead. It would be great if they could enhance their dining offerings for families.

The check-in process was an absolute nightmare!!! Having to go through a convoluted credit card verification in this day and age is ridiculous!!! A bit of maintenance is needed, especially on aging fixtures and the overall cleanliness of the rooms!!!

The stay at Super 8 in Universal City was comfortable and affordable. Room cleaned well with a fridge and microwave included, which made it convenient. The staff treated me nicely, always willing to help with requests. Enjoyed having a decent internet connection. However, the beds were quite high, making it tough to climb in, especially with my bad knees. The furniture and decor seemed older, needing some updates. Some fixtures, like the tub, showed wear and tear. The breakfast area got crowded quickly early on, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, a solid budget choice for a few nights.
